About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, home-based care model that is consistent with the organization's clinical strategy. The successful candidate will be a physician leader with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree, an active, unrestricted medical license, and current board certification in a relevant specialty. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in building and operating interdisciplinary care models, with a strong background in clinical operations, quality improvement, and a deep understanding of complex Medicare populations and value-based care economics. The Chief Clinical Officer will be responsible for translating evidence into practical care pathways, defining enterprise-wide standards, and leading the clinical design of population health programs. Experience in home-based care, complex primary care, geriatrics, palliative care, or community health is preferred, as is formal training in quality improvement, implementation science, clinical informatics, public health, or healthcare administration. Key responsibilities for the Chief Clinical Officer include designing the home-based care model, setting interdisciplinary practice expectations, and partnering with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The role also involves co-designing clinical workflows with product and technology teams, setting adoption and benefit expectations for clinical tools, and requiring patient safety safeguards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading across professional boundaries, be credible with both physicians and non-physician clinicians, and have experience in technology-enabled care delivery and clinical product development. The Chief Clinical Officer will play a critical role in the organization's mission to provide personalized, quality-based healthcare to patients with complex needs, and must be committed to the values of the organization, including the belief that every patient deserves access to quality healthcare.
