Licensed Therapist, Psychotherapy (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) Zeeva Behavioral Health | Full‑time | Hybrid Remote, Los Angeles | $84,500–$115,700+. We seek a licensed therapist to join a collaborative team focused on trauma‑informed, whole‑person care, including Medi‑Cal and Medicare clients. What You’ll Own A full individual therapy caseload (25 completed sessions per week, 30 calendar openings). Trauma‑informed, whole‑person clinical care across a diverse client population. High‑quality clinical documentation completed the same day. Active participation in weekly group supervision. Collaboration with clinicians on complex cases, risk management, and ongoing clinical development. Engagement in team learning, in‑person events, and the collective culture of Zeeva. Who You Are You are a licensed therapist who continuously seeks growth, values client safety, and treats documentation as a clinical integrity activity. You thrive on feedback, are comfortable with complex presentations, and want a long‑term clinical home. Requirements Active California licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) — required. Full‑time availability (25 sessions per week, 30 calendar openings). At least one day per week in our Sherman Oaks office suite. Deep grounding in trauma‑informed, whole‑person practice. Proficiency with DSM‑5 and medical‑necessity documentation. Strong documentation standards and knowledge of HIPAA and California ethical and legal requirements. Training and/or certification in evidence‑based practices. Readiness for feedback, reflection, and a collaborative team culture. Compensation Onboarding & Training Pay: client sessions $65/hr; admin hours $25/hr. After 90 days and a full caseload, base salary starts at $84,500 and can rise with performance.
