Quick Facts Location: 17043 Main Street, Hesperia, CA 92345 Start Date: 07/18/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing, in potential for permanent placement Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time locum or perm opportunity Licensure/Certs: Active California medical license, DEA, BLS, Board Certified or Eligible Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred; proficiency with EPIC or EMR systems Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits Included: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time per state and federal laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program Malpractice insurance provided Paid time off and holiday pay options 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do Provide outpatient pediatric care in a busy clinic setting serving a socioeconomically challenged community Manage an average of 25 patient visits per day, including well-child exams, acute illnesses, and follow-ups Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in EPIC or your existing EMR platform Coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver timely and high-quality pediatric care Assist in scheduling to accommodate no-shows and manage patient flow effectively Optional bilingual (Spanish-speaking) communication preferred to serve diverse patient needs What You Need Required: Active California medical license DEA license BLS certification Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics within 5 years of residency Proficiency with EPIC or general EMR systems At least 1 year of pediatric outpatient experience Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish Experience working in high-demand, socioeconomically challenged settings About the Assignment Join a high-demand outpatient pediatrics practice in Hesperia, CA, part of a leading facility that values community health and provider satisfaction.
