Registered Nurse – ICU NurseLocation: Grand Junction, CO 81501Shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Nights, 3x12hr)Duration: 13+ Weeks (Possible Extension)Pay: Local: $64/hr on W2Travel: $2425/WeeklyJob ResponsibilitiesPerform independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards defined by the state Board of Nursing.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, including ongoing collection and assessment of patient health data.Provide health teaching, counseling, and supportive/restorative therapy directly to patients or through consultation, delegation, supervision, and teaching of others.Execute delegated medical functions, monitor treatment plans, and refer patients for further evaluation as needed.Document care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.May be required to float to other departments (within competency and qualifications) based on business need.RequirementsActive RN License – Single State or Compact.1+ years of minimum RN experience.BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
