Physical Therapy Assistant

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver patient-centered care across post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist, helping patients restore mobility, strength, and independence after illness, injury, or surgery. You’ll implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on safe movement and home exercises. Working in a collaborative, clinically driven environment, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on measurable outcomes, continuous learning, and supporting patients in getting back to their best selves.
