Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage and maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport through regular communication and empathetic listening. \n
- Conduct initial intake assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans. \n
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to support client progress and stability. \n
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. \n
- Engage in regular supervision sessions, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and personal growth. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s mental health are addressed. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment updates. \n
- Embrace a growth mindset and actively participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives. \n
Our practice serves a wide-ranging client demographic, focusing on adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. As an LPC with Ideal Life, you will engage with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral issues. Using a client-centered approach, you will tailor interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, guiding them through their mental health journey in a supportive environment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required. \n
- Must hold a current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license. \n
- A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential. \n
- Proficient in using technology for telehealth delivery, including systems like Excel, RMS software, and related tools. \n
- Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with a strong focus on client-centered care. \n
- Comfort with performing intake assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans. \n

- Experience in telehealth environments is highly desirable. \n
- Background in integrative or multidisciplinary approaches to mental health care. \n
