The Area Sales Manager is responsible for selling Masimo's suite of non-invasive monitoring solutions to hospitals and health systems within an assigned area.

This position reports to the General Manager, China and is part of the Sales team located in China and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans including the efficient identification and qualification of new Masimo customers, as well as increasing product penetration in existing customers;
• Establish clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, review of scientific literature, executive meetings, and product demonstrations and evaluations;

Develop, administer, monitor and report on specific account sales strategies, in order to achieve quarterly sales objectives

The essential requirements of the job include :

Three or more years of documented success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with products sold in the Operating Room;

Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills;

Effective presentation skills with ability to articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision makers;

Highly organized with both a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize;

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;

• The ability to develop, administer and monitor quarterly territory business plans, including the efficient identification and qualification of new Masimo customers, as well as increasing product penetration in existing customers

Ability to travel within assigned territory
