Low fees. Part-time welcome. Training provided from day one. Compensation: $125,000 - $215,000 yearly Qualifications Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one. Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients. Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve goals. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development. Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared objectives. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract potential buyers. Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and opportunities in the Tucson area. Coordinate and schedule property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Utilize company-provided tools and systems to manage client relationships and track progress.
