Data Support and Visualization Lead

Job Title: Data Support and Visualization Lead Location: Chicago, IL Salary: $125,000 Primary Skill: Tableau, SSRS Responsibilities Lead a team of support analysts in providing timely and effective support for Data Reporting and Visualization tools such as Tableau, SSRS, Qlik, PowerBI. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data reporting and visualization in the production environment. Optimize reporting and visualization solutions for performance, scalability, and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address business requirements for reporting and visualization. Analyze and assess data quality issues, identifying and implementing solutions to improve data accuracy and completeness. Manage incidents, change requests and service requests pertaining to data reporting and visualization, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data reporting and visualization processes. Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other relevant documents to identify and address the root causes of data-related issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and visualization, proposing and implementing innovative solutions. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing clear and concise data insights and reports. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Reporting and Visualization, with a proven track record of success in complex implementations. Experience implementing end-to-end reporting and visualization solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. Expert-level proficiency in data reporting tools (Tableau and SSRS). Extensive experience managing data operations projects, including data quality improvement initiatives. Proven ability to coordinate activities related to the maintenance, updates, upgrades, and patching of Reporting environments, encompassing platforms such as Tableau, SSRS, & Qlik. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and team-building skills. Experience in preparing RCA and other relevant documents, such as incident reports and post-mortem analyses. Good to have Azure understanding and Power BI and Qlik reporting experience. Skills
