Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation Database and Point-of-Sale management Coordinates menus and displays for all food and beverage offerings in concession locations Works within provided guidelines and timelines Assists with presentations and conducts trainings Develops and maintains strong working relationships with location managers and team members Works with location leaders to better the experience through displays, menus and guest connection Participates in event close-out duties and ensures all stand operating procedures are implemented Maintains office equipment and supplies Performs other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in hospitality Proficient computer skills Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Flexible schedule, evenings/weekends - available for the majority of all events Apply to Levy today!
