Clinical Pharmacist

Within our Retail locations, we bring this promise to life with heart every day. Responsibilities Travel the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator. Oversee pharmaceutical operations and serve as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts without overlap. Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by directing the pharmacy team to follow workflow procedures and safety guardrails. Assume Pharmacy Manager’s day‑to‑day duties when the only or primary pharmacist‑on‑duty. Contribute to positive patient experiences by demonstrating compassionate care and coaching the pharmacy team. Proactively offer and deliver immunizations and support Pharmacy Technicians to learn to immunize. Support effective management of pharmacy inventory, especially protecting cold chain products. Remain flexible for scheduling and business needs while contributing to a safe, inclusive team dynamic. Maintain relevant clinical and technical skills and seek opportunities to expand knowledge. Support access to care and improve patient outcomes through pharmacist‑delivered clinical care such as testing and prescribing services. Required Qualifications Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located. Active National Provider Identifier (NPI). Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list. Preferred Qualifications 1‑2 years of relevant work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting. Physical Demands Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods; lift, scan, and bag items. Reach overhead, stretch, and extend arms to grasp items. Move fingers repetitively; pick, pinching, typing. Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally; frequently lift up to 10 lbs. Require visual acuity for transcribing, viewing computer, and reading. Pay Range and Hours Anticipated weekly hours: 20 hours. Part‑time. Pay range: $60.00 - $76.00 per hour (based on experience, education, geography).
