Position: Chemistry Teacher
Duration: 2026-2027 School Year
Location: Lawndale HS
Compensation: Appropriate placement on the Teacher Salary Schedule Salary Schedule A Please refer to Article 3.3 of the CVSTA Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding placement on the salary schedule.
Minimum Qualification(s): Valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential: Chemistry Sciences with English Learner Authorization Applicants with a dual credential in both Chemistry and Physics are strongly preferred Intern eligible applicants may be considered (must show proof of eligibility from the program) PIP/STSP eligible applicants may be considered (must show proof of eligibility) If you currently don't have a Credential, CBEST test result or equivalent, please upload a copy of your official transcripts in lieu of those documents.
Required Attachments: Copy/Screenshot of current, valid California Teaching Credential from the CTC website English Learner Authorization Copy of CBEST test result or equivalent Copy of Official Transcripts Letter of Introduction/Cover Letter Resume Minimum of 3 Letters of Recommendation dated within the last 24 months at least one must be from a supervisor/administrator References required
