Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center is a privately owned dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment. Unlike corporate offices, our focus is on building lasting relationships with our patients and delivering personalized treatment with compassion and excellence.
We are seeking a caring, motivated, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
Take digital X-rays
Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Assist in diagnosing and treatment planning with the doctor
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
Current Dental Hygienist licensure
At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
Able to stand for extended periods and bend repeatedly
Excellent communication and customer service skills
$35.4 - $47 per hour
