Physical Therapist – Colorado Springs, CO Urgently hiring a motivated Physical Therapist for our growing, multidisciplinary pain management and orthopedic practice. This 100% outpatient position provides exemplary patient care for both established and new patients. Candidates must be excellent team players and collaborate effectively with other providers in a team‑based treatment approach. About Us We are a premier comprehensive group committed to relieving pain and restoring function and wellness. Our multidisciplinary clinics feature PTs, PTAs, PAs, NPs, MDs, MTs, and acupuncturists, allowing dynamic, holistic care under one roof. We also provide corporate support teams in IT, marketing, billing, case management, and call centers so providers can focus on direct patient care. Duties Conduct patient evaluations Treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues Order and interpret diagnostic tests Guide therapeutic exercises Provide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner Proactively work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating excellence, poise, leadership, and service Provide exemplary patient care and maintain a professional, team‑based environment Perform regular re‑evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred) National Physical Therapy Board Certification Experience in outpatient orthopedic care preferred, but recent graduates will be considered Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado Pelvic floor PT experience or certification is a huge plus; training available for interested candidates Schedule Monday – Friday (office hours end at 1 pm on Fridays) Full time – no weekends Compensation $85,000 – $110,000 plus bonus compensation Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) PTO / Holiday Pay / Sick Day CME allowance State licensing fees covered Uniform/Scrubs We are looking for a PT to help our patients feel welcome and secure by building and maintaining strong relationships throughout their care.
