Responsibilities
- Support interventional radiology procedures under physician supervision, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Prepare patients, position for procedures, monitor vitals, and assist with sedation as within scope
- Set up and operate imaging equipment (EPIC, PACS) and relevant hardware (Siemens Artis-Q) during IR cases
- Maintain sterile technique, manage contrast media administration, and monitor for adverse reactions
- Document imaging findings and patient data in the electronic medical record; communicate results to the team
- Collaborate with radiology technologists and nursing staff; float to C-Arm contingencies in OR/ENDO procedures as needed

Requirements
- NY license in Radiologic Technology required
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
- ARRT certification required; BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of IR-related imaging experience; 2 years preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital travel assignment with on-call requirements
- Proficiency with EMR and imaging systems (EPIC, PACS) is preferred; experience with Siemens Artis-Q and PURE software is a plus
