Bring Better to the Bedside as a Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner in Macon, GA at Piedmont Macon Northside

We are hiring for a nocturnist nurse practitioner position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

Local Team Collaboration:

Join our close-knit team of four physicians and two APPs at Piedmont Macon Northside.

Qualifications:

Board certified/eligible nurse practitioners.
Two or more years of hospitalist experience as an NP is required.

Scheduling:

Flexible schedule with 7 days on/7 days off.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross coverage calls on an ADC of 20-40 and approximately 2-3 admissions/night.
This nocturnist role works in a supportive environment that promotes balance and collaboration.
Focus on managing cases in an open ICU environment with tele-intensivist coverage, without the expectation of performing procedures or running codes.

Compensation:

$150k yearly salary.
