Location: Vero Beach, Florida
Schedule: Full and part-time opportunities available

Job Description Stretch Zone is the nation's leading practitioner-assisted stretching with 420 locations nationwide. Stretch Zone Vero Beach is hiring a professional, dependable, and personable Stretch Practitioner to provide one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions in a welcoming wellness environment. Prior experience preferred, but not required. All necessary training and certification provided.


This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in fitness, exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, sports medicine, athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, health science, or wellness-related fields.


In this role, you will provide one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions designed to help members enhance their flexibility, mobility, posture, balance, athletic performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Here you will develop valuable skills in anatomy, mobility, communication, and customer service.

Compensation

• $15 per hour during the initial training period while learning studio operations, CRM use, appointment scheduling, and other responsibilities
• $20 per hour while performing stretch sessions, allowing you to gain hands-on stretching experience
• After completing the initial training period, compensation can increase to $22-$24 per hour while performing stretch sessions , based on performance and experience
• Opportunities for additional income and advancement into sales or management roles

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols
• Discuss each member's goals, mobility concerns, and session preferences
• Communicate throughout each session and adjust stretch intensity appropriately
• Educate members about the benefits of consistent stretching
• Document session information and member notes
• Assist members with scheduling consistent appointments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional stretching area
• Support the operations of the studio
• Provide a welcoming and positive member experience

Training and Certification

All selected applicants must complete the Stretch Zone Practitioner Training and Certification Program.
Training includes:

• 30+ hours of interactive virtual training
• Education on anatomy, assisted-stretching principles, Stretch Zone methodology, safety, and proper stretching techniques
• Two days of hands-on training with a Master Practitioner at Stretch Zone corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale

The training program is designed to provide valuable, marketable skills for individuals pursuing careers in fitness, health, wellness, and client care.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Interest in anatomy, fitness, health, wellness, or helping others improve their quality of life
• Comfortable performing a physically active, hands-on job with clients of different ages, body types, and mobility levels
• Completion of Stretch Zone's training and certification program
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays if needed preferred

Applicants with backgrounds in exercise science, health science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, personal training, sports medicine, or related fields are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience in exercise science, personal training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, sports medicine, fitness, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Training and certification are provided. Candidates must be comfortable performing a physically active job, working one-on-one with clients of different ages and mobility levels, and maintaining a professional and customer-focused environment.
