Senior Antenna Design Engineer

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued DoD Secret clearance is required. Note that the position requires an active and existing clearance after day 1. What You Will Do Responsible for the design, development, and deployment of Radio Frequency (RF) passive circuits (radiators, RF manifolds, RF transitions, etc.) and electromagnetic (EM) modeling. Implement best‑practice standards regarding planning, coordination, and execution of RF passive circuit design and EM modeling with sound engineering process discipline and leadership. Follow established procedures and instructions while working closely with program and functional leadership to ensure that overall design objectives are met. Responsible for developing technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems. Travel may be periodically required. Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, to include any combination of the following: Experience in passive circuit design and/or EM modeling Experience performing structured design processes, root‑cause problem solving, and successful on‑time/on‑scheduled task execution Experience with test equipment including antenna ranges, vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and/or power meters Preferred Qualifications Experience with Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, Matlab, and AutoCAD Capable of providing input or guidance to lower‑level engineers Ability to manage conflicting or non‑existent requirements in a rapidly changing environment Excellent written and oral communication skills What We Offer Relocation is offered based on candidate eligibility.
