Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal ForemanEskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to lead the installation of architectural and structural sheet metal systems on commercial roofing projects, oversee a Sheet Metal crew and collaborate with Project Managers to maintain quality, safety, and production schedules.What You Will DoLead and perform the installation of sheet metal components, including coping, edge metal, downspouts, gutters, flashings, and custom fabricationsEnsure precise layout, cutting, and assembly of sheet metal materials in accordance with shop drawings and specifications, inspecting completed work for fit, finish, and waterproofing integritySupervise and direct sheet metal crew members, providing daily task assignments and on-the-job training while fostering a team environment focused on safety, quality, and productivityCommunicate and coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to align work schedules, resolve site issues, and ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipmentInterpret construction drawings, roof plans, and specifications to ensure accurate executionPromote and enforce OSHA and company safety policies, including PPE and fall protection systems, and conduct job site safety inspections and daily toolbox talksMaintain daily logs of work performed, crew attendance, and material usage, and report project progress, challenges, and safety incidents to managementWhat You BringMinimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing sheet metal installationProficiency in fabricating, assembling, and installing architectural sheet metal systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specificationsComfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in various weather conditionsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hireNice to HaveOSHA-10 or OSHA-30 hour certificationCDL and specialized equipment training (crane, forklift, ariel lift, rigging)Bilingual fluencyWhy Join Eskola?Trade-specific training & room to grow within the companyCompany-provided tools/equipment as neededMedical Insurance (2 plans, including HDHP with HSA & Company Match)Dental, Vision, Life, & Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchingPaid Time OffOur Core Values: Safety | Quality | Customer ServiceEskola, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
