Intern / Practicum Student Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA franchise dedicated to providing quality applied behavior analysis services. The organization offers a supportive environment, community outings, safety, and high parent involvement to children with ASD. The program aims to teach vital life skills that help clients become productive and fulfilled adults, thereby improving overall quality of life. Job Description Work in center Monday – Friday 7:45 am – 4:30 pm. Once per week, supervise in‑home clients 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm. Perform assessments (e.g., VB‑Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions). Create individualized, research‑based client programs. Analyze client progress and update programs as needed. Conduct weekly parent training meetings and progress updates. Supervise RBTs. Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in‑service trainings. Handle insurance correspondence, including pre‑auth requests. Qualifications / Requirements Minimum bachelor’s degree and enrollment in a master’s program leading toward a behavior analysis certification. No criminal background. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain physically active. Expectations Provide high‑quality care to clients. Abide by all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB. Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws. Preserve the clinic’s reputation for an organized team environment. Behave professionally with all staff, clients, and caregivers. Reporting Hierarchy Report to the CEO. Report to the Regional Director. Report to the Clinical Director. Report to the BCBA.
