Job Summary:The role of Expeditor is to ensure a smooth transition of the mail from the Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa plant into the USPS mail stream, following established processes for inventory control and tracking. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities:Responsible for staging/stacking pallets to create all outbound loadsDrive for Moore Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa when neededFollow the criteria for each vendor, as they will varyCreate BOLs, again following instructions provided by vendorCreate outbound loads and have them staged for dispatch.Check in drivers and confirm load information/destinationLoad trucks. Release drivers for dispatchResponsible for ALL Mail Transport Equipment (MTE):Report inventory on hand before Wednesday every weekAdvise Manager of MTE needsCheck in and offload inbound MTE trucksStage MTE in designated areas for plant/UP usePull all MTE generated by UP that has been correctly prepped and wrapped and disburse to either the mailshop or USPSUse yard dog and the trailers in the yard to rotate stock available based on plant needsResponsible for ALL Commingle PullsUse the daily job board and PAT system to identify completed jobs for the upcoming UP commingle poolWork with UP to stage mail in the assigned area for our pallets.Pull PAT tags from pallets that are tendered to UP in job orderScan PAT tags into the JOT system and finalize all jobs that are complete and transferredOffload inbound trucks from SWP and take to UP area for processingAssist and Support Weigh Verification (WV) AreaTrain in Weigh Verification area to learn and comprehend the verification processRemove verified Resource One pallets coming off the wrapping station and stage mail in appropriate area, keeping pallets in job and version orderRemove UP pallets coming off the wrapping stations and bring to dock to stage of outbound loadsAssist WV clerks by bringing down pallets from other operations for verification when neededAssist WV clerks by pulling UP pallets from their production area when neededContinuously remove verified pallets from the racks along the south wall and stage accordinglyBe familiar with WV operation and recognize when they clerks need assistance with strapping, wrapping, and moving pallets and provide that assistance accordinglyResponsible for trips to Tulsa P&DC to enter mail/acquire MTECertified DOT will take finalized pallets of mail to the Tulsa P&DC daily, working with the statement office to identify which pallets are to be loaded for transportDrivers will need to take any full-rate mailings to the BMEU area at the Tulsa P&DC for entryDrivers will pick up any additional MTE needed by the mail shop from the P&DC Drivers will be responsible for taking mail to the plant on the last run of the dayFlexible to work overtime and weekends as neededPerform all other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Good written, verbal communication skills and Basic Computer skillsAbility to read and recognize numbersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work as a team and independentlyAble to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentMust be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious mail processing or mail shop experience is a plusPrevious dock experience is a plusForklift Experience and Power Jack Experience desired (Company will certify) Physical Requirements: Must be able to consistently lift 50lbsRequired to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach and move about the facilityRequired to grip twist and turn both hands for long periods of time Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background investigation.For more information and details, email View email address on ziprecruiter.com Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
