Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a warm smile and enthusiastic attitude
• Create and maintain eye contact and emotional connections with guests
• Take accurate orders and ensure prompt service both inside restaurant and in Drive-Thru
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining area, restrooms, and front counter
• Restock supplies and assist guests at the drink and condiment stations
• Communicate clearly with both guests and team members
• Multi-task efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Follow Chick-fil-A brand standards, policies, and dress code
• Support your team by being adaptable, dependable, and proactive
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

• Must be able to legally work in the United States

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in performance
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 2540 lbs regularly
