Responsibilities Provide first aid care and treatment by triaging an employee after an injury Support employees with wellness, education and teaching Responsible for daily operations of the clinic, including ordering supplies and compliance processes Work collaboratively with employer's Safety Team and Human Resources Document and manage information using electronic medical records software Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings Perform case management and OSHA record-keeping Requirements Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying and current CPR/BLS certification Strong computer and other technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc.) Familiarity with EMR software Ability to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag Excellent verbal/written communication skills Positive and outgoing personality Willingness to go above and beyond Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in first aid care, case management, and compliance processes while effectively utilizing electronic medical records software.
