Treatment Coordinator (Hiring Immediately)

Chester County Oral Surgery & Dental Implants Treatment Coordinator Full-Time (>30 Hours) | West Chester & Kennett Square | This is an in-office position. We are an elite oral surgery practice that is committed to exceptional care for our patients and first-class service to our referring doctors. We are growing and seeking a confident, compassionate, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in connecting our clinical expertise with an outstanding patient experience. In this position, you'll serve as a trusted resource for patients—helping them understand their treatment plans, guiding them through financial options, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Previous oral surgery experience is a plus but not required. Role and Responsibilities * Updates and maintains patient insurance information. * Maintains doctor schedule to ensure efficient use of the doctor's time. * Partners with clinical team to ensure excellent patient experience. * Adheres to deadlines and prioritize work against the patient schedule. * Collects payments from patients in an effective and professional manner. * Understands doctor treatment recommendations and develops treatment plans from diagnosis. * Effectively communicates treatment options and associated costs to the patient. * Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA. * Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience * Highschool diploma or equivalent required. * One year of customer service experience required. * Medical or dental experience preferred. Skills and Abilities * Understanding of dental terminology. * Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence. * Basic office skills such as typing and filing. * Good organizational skills. * Attention to detail. * Leadership and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication skills. * Ability to work cross functionally with other team members.
