This role sits at the center of high-impact executive hiring, supporting the identification and placement of senior leadership talent across critical business functions. You will act as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, driving end-to-end search processes for complex, high-visibility roles. The position requires a strong blend of research, market intelligence, and relationship-building to engage top-tier passive candidates. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where multiple executive searches run in parallel, demanding precision, adaptability, and strong prioritization skills. In addition to sourcing and evaluation, you will provide insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability. This is a highly consultative recruiting role where your ability to influence, advise, and deliver will directly shape leadership outcomes.

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end executive search processes, identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level talent for high-impact leadership roles.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including market mapping, executive networking, direct outreach, and specialized platforms to build strong talent pipelines.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to calibrate candidate profiles, align expectations, and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, from initial outreach and assessment through offer negotiation and closure.
• Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership on search progress, candidate pipelines, and market conditions.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and talent market research to inform hiring strategies, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Support strategic advisory discussions with hiring leaders, offering data-driven recommendations and recruiting best practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent executive searches while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience excellence.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate and/or executive search environments, with a strong focus on senior leadership hiring.
• 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive-level stakeholders in complex hiring processes.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-priority executive searches in fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing, market mapping, and executive-level candidate engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to guide decision-making.
• Experience working across both agency retained search and in-house recruiting environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Breezy or similar) is a plus.
• Exposure to fintech, crypto, or blockchain hiring environments is a strong advantage.
