Neuroscience Sales Specialist – Torrance, CA We are searching for a Neuroscience Sales Specialist to serve the Torrance, CA territory including Long Beach, West Los Angeles, and Inglewood. Responsibilities Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within the assigned territory by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in-person and virtually. Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives and allocate resources effectively. Customize discussions and client interactions based on customer needs in a compliant and ethical manner. Maintain current understanding of local market, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers; share information with internal stakeholders. Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/region and select appropriate programs/resources. Work with the Regional Business Manager and key stakeholders to develop a local business plan that ensures achievement of all business objectives. Capitalize on formulary approvals and other business opportunities through effective implementation of the strategic plan. Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on common objectives and best practices. Provide timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, sample and expense reporting. Complete all company and job‑related training within required timelines. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare sales/account management, or B2B sales, or recently transitioned from active‑duty military. 3+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred; launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar sales highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Strong desire to improve patient and caregiver lives; patient‑centric mindset. High integrity; compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent decision‑making judgment. Strong teaming, collaboration, and cross‑functional skills. Proven ability to adapt to evolving environments and new virtual/telemedicine settings. Analytical skills to assess progress, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities. Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information.
