What You’ll Be Responsible For

As part of our Maintenance Team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our restaurant clean, safe, and running at its best. You’ll be supported with the tools, training, and direction needed to succeed.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the restaurant

• Filtering fryer oil and supporting kitchen equipment upkeep

• Cleaning equipment, windows, storage areas, and restrooms

• Keeping parking lot and outdoor areas clean and presentable

• Assisting and receiving truck deliveries 3 times per week, and organizing stock rooms

• Taking out trash and maintaining waste areas, including the compactor

• Performing basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs

• Supporting upkeep of HVAC, exhaust units, and rooftop areas
