Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift) - Contract To Hire

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Westborough, MA. This role is crucial in managing warehouse functions and ensuring operational efficiency in a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the electronic manufacturing industry.

Shift of the Warehouse Supervisor:

2nd Shift: M-F 3:30pm-12:00am

Pay Rate/Salary of the Warehouse Supervisor:

$31 + 10% = $34/HR

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Lead and motivate warehouse personnel to achieve performance and productivity targets.
• Oversee stockroom activities, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory.
• Collaborate with management to ensure proper material flow and meet production goals.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess warehouse needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all associates are trained on automated systems and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience in warehouse management considered.
• Two or more years of experience in warehouse logistics or inventory control.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management methods and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
