We are a privately owned physical therapy practice seeking a dedicated and personable Physical Therapist to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate seeking mentorship, we'd love to meet you.

Treat Patients, Not Productivity Metrics

Our full-time therapists average approximately 11.2 patient visits per day, with most clinicians typically seeing between 9-14 patients daily. This allows time to build meaningful relationships, provide individualized care, and focus on patient outcomes rather than simply moving patients through the schedule. You'll also be supported by PT technicians, allowing you to focus on evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and clinical decision-making.

• Orthopedics
• Vestibular rehabilitation
• Balance and fall prevention
• Neurological rehabilitation

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $84,000$95,000 Monthly bonus program (up to 6% of gross wages) Unlimited MedBridge access Company-supported specialty certifications SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer contribution) Paid time off and paid holidays
