Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Board Certified or Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our team in Niagara County, situated just north of Buffalo, NY. This role presents an excellent chance to practice in a beautifully updated outpatient environment.

We are a multispecialty physician group affiliated with a prominent health system, featuring outpatient facilities across the Buffalo-Niagara area. Backed by a robust team and comprehensive ancillary services within a four-hospital integrated healthcare framework, we maintain a significant multi-specialty footprint in the Western New York region.

• Full-time position
• Compensation: $285,000 plus productivity incentives

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
