The current opening is a regular, benefitted and full-time position in our Environmental Utilities department, but the list may be used to fill future Regular, Limited Term or Temporary vacancies in the City for the duration of the list. The City of Roseville's Environmental Utilities Department is looking for a collaborative and analytical Management Analyst to support strategic planning initiatives, regulatory compliance, performance tracking, and grant development across utilities. This position plays a key role in connecting data, policy, and operations to support effective service delivery and informed decision-making within one or more of these program areas: Solid Waste, Water, Stormwater and Wastewater utilities. Minimum Qualifications Management Analyst I Experience and Training Experience: No professional experience is required. AND Training: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field. License or Certificate: Possession of a valid California driver's license by date of appointment. Management Analyst II Experience and Training Experience: Two years of responsible experience performing duties similar to that of an Management Analyst I with the City of Roseville. AND Training: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field. License or Certificate: Possession of a valid California driver's license by date of appointment.
