Human Resources Business Partner

Responsibilities Provide strategic compliance guidance to Select Health leaders. Develop training and educate stakeholders on compliance and ethics. Lead investigations and projects within assigned portfolio. Establish communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Promote a culture of compliance and reporting. Evaluate risks and develop corrective action plans. Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and assess implications. Support legal counsel and coordinate with HR and other departments. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or similar field preferred. Demonstrated professional‑level experience in a regulatory, compliance, or risk management role in the healthcare sector. Expert‑level knowledge of federal and state laws related to health care billing, coding, reimbursement, contracting, and risk adjustment. Ability to interpret and apply complex healthcare regulations and assess gaps. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
