Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Proven experience in school-based speech and language therapy settings

- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments and personalized therapy plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy to students with communication challenges
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Utilize bilingual skills to support English language learners and their families in accessing vital services
- Conduct detailed student evaluations, track progress, and maintain compliance with documentation standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and school-wide initiatives to support student success
- Offer consultation and resources to educators, staff, and parents regarding speech and language development
