Want to learn a trade, work with your hands, and earn a significant pay increase after 90 days ? We’re hiring for a small, family-owned business in the Pleasant Plains area looking for a dependable Shop Hand/Welder to join the team! Welding experience is a plus, but doesn't have to be significant. 

Start at $15.00/hr , with a significant raise opportunity after 90 days for employees who demonstrate they are learning the job, performing well, and maintaining good attendance.

Skills and Experience:

What We're Looking For:

• Previous basic welding experience encouraged
• Basic knowledge of welding and metal fabrication
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
• Dependable and good attendance
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
