Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next shift manager. Set targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
