Role Overview : As a Food Service Assistant, you play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs and satisfaction of our patients, employees, and visitors. Your work directly supports the health and well-being of our community by providing timely, accurate, and courteous meal service. What You Will Do Prepare and serve meals to patients, employees, and visitors with accuracy and care. Perform cashier duties, ensuring efficient and friendly customer service. Assist in diet office tasks, supporting dietary needs and meal planning. Manage inventory and supplies to maintain operational readiness. Handle dish room duties, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. Complete other assigned tasks to support the food service team. Qualifications Required Qualifications : High School Diploma, GED, or six (6) months to one (1) year of previous work experience in a food service or cash handling setting.
