The Media Buyer reports directly to the Manager, Media Buying to evaluate media options, negotiate, reserve, and maintain media schedules for a designated market list. This individual should have 3+ years of experience and a full understanding of all paid search and paid social media executions. This position requires a dedicated team player with a high level of collaboration, organization, and communication skills, all while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain multiple paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for multiple clients
• Set up and maintain multiple paid social campaigns for multiple clients. Proficiency in Meta required. Experience in TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest are a plus.
• Manage, track and continually optimize paid search campaigns
• Analyze website traffic and offer insights for improving campaigns
• Complete regular search results audits as well as ongoing keyword and competitor research
• Support internal team members regarding ongoing or ad hoc client needs
• Demonstrate critical thinking relevant to client goals and communicate strategy considerations effectively when proposing campaign adjustments
• Responsible for meeting performance benchmarks and goals specific to campaign and/or client plans
• Complete ongoing performance analysis for all accounts, identifying wins, challenges, and optimization opportunities
• Work cross-functionally with other media execution teams to maximize cross-channel full funnel campaign opportunities

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, agency setting preferred
• Full understanding of media execution within discipline
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple accounts and markets
• Comfort reading performance data and making in-flight optimization recommendations
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with internal teams, vendors, and platform representatives

Strongly Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• Experience working with Automotive and Retail clients
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables xhyhwjd and lookup functions
• Platform or vendor certifications relevant to the specialty
• Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certification, working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking setup
• Meta Blueprint certification, working knowledge of Meta pixel and Conversions API, experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, or Pinterest
