Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to support and enhance enterprise infrastructure and cloud-connected services in Cleveland, Ohio. This role focuses on identity management, automation, secure integrations, and platform administration across Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth in scripting, cloud services, and system connectivity while helping maintain reliable, secure, and efficient operations.Responsibilities:• Design, administer, and improve identity and access solutions using Active Directory and Entra ID, including policy enforcement and governance controls.• Develop automation scripts and workflow solutions with PowerShell, Power Apps, and Power Automate to streamline operational tasks and improve service delivery.• Manage and support Azure-based resources such as application services, serverless components, storage solutions, and network-connected services.• Configure secure communication between internal and external systems using OAuth, service principals, and hybrid identity approaches.• Build and maintain integrations that enable dependable data exchange across platforms while supporting security and performance standards.• Collaborate with technical teams to support web-based applications that rely on JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.• Write and optimize complex database queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and application functionality.• Apply best practices for data protection, integrity, and governance across systems and integrations.• Support ongoing platform improvements and operational initiatives related to connected systems and infrastructure services.
