Patient Care Representative

Overview Sentara MJMG Afton Family Medicine is hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative for the Afton, VA site. The position is Monday-Friday, dayshift. Responsibilities As a Patient Care Representative, you will manage the registration process for new and current patients at the site. Key duties include completing check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, requesting medical records, answering telephone calls, and greeting patients and visitors with a smile.
