Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drain systems, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
• Service and repair water heaters, piping systems, and related plumbing components.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydronic and radiant heating systems.
• Perform inspections and identify appropriate solutions for customers.
• Prepare accurate estimates and clearly explain repair and replacement options.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and applicable codes when necessary.
• Maintain and repair septic and sewer systems as needed.
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential or commercial plumbing service experience required.
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Experience working independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Essential Job Functions

• Perform plumbing service, repair, installation, and maintenance work in residential and light commercial settings.
• Work in a variety of environments, including attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, mechanical rooms, and outdoor locations.
• Regularly move tools, equipment, and materials needed to complete assigned job tasks.
• Frequently position oneself to inspect, access, and repair plumbing systems in confined or difficult-to-access areas.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Accurately document inspections, recommendations, repairs, and completed work.
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• Employees are scheduled based on business needs and customer demand
• Participation in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
• Occasional overtime may be required during peak seasons

Preferred Qualifications

• New Mexico Journeyman Plumber License preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.
• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to customers.
• Septic, sewer, and hydronic heating experience is a plus.
