RBT Registered Behavior Technician

Provide direct 1:1 ABA support under BCBA supervision — implementing behavior and skill plans, collecting data, and helping clients build independence. About the role Relentless Alliance LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans, collect session data, and support clients in home and community settings. What you'll do Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs with fidelity. Collect accurate session data and complete timely documentation. Support clients in home, community, residential, and vocational settings. Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and team members. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA at all times. What you'll need 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent (coursework in psychology, education, or human services preferred). Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB. Ability to pass required background checks. Commitment to HIPAA compliance and the BACB Ethics Code. Nice to have 1+ year of experience delivering ABA services. Experience supporting adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Comfort working across home, community, residential, and vocational settings. Physical requirements Standing, walking, and participating in community outings.
