Join our expanding team of 5 ophthalmologists and 17 optometrists providing care at our 10 clinics and our AAAHC certified ophthalmic surgery center. Elite Compensation & Wealth Building

Guaranteed Base Salary: $750,000 base salary for the first two years, plus a highly lucrative performance incentive of 35% of all receipts exceeding $2.142 million.

Uncapped Earning Trajectory: After first 2 years, production formula only with potential to exceed $1,000,000+ in compensation.

Partnership & Equity: Equity opportunity in both ASC and practice.
