Your Impact Supervise warehouse operations and ensure proper material handling processes are followed Monitor employee productivity and quality of work, providing coaching and corrective action as needed Ensure FIFO inventory practices are utilized and inventory levels are maintained accurately Provide training , tools, and support to employees to ensure successful performance Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safety and compliance protocols Plan and schedule distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, and administrative activities Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to meet goals and resolve issues Ensure accurate billing , invoicing, and documentation in compliance with company standards Assist in the disposition of obsolete materials and optimize space utilization Stay current on part changes and operating procedures within assigned areas Foster a respectful and professional work environment built on clear communication #J-18808-Ljbffr
