Experience Required What We’re Looking For 4+ years of personal golf experience (Required) (5HCP or better) 1+ years of coaching/instruction experience (Preferred) Golf Instructor Certification or PGA experience not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Energetic, enthusiastic, and client-focused personality Highly organized and reliable under pressure Passionate about coaching, learning, and helping others grow Tech-friendly and comfortable managing your schedule in MINDBODY What You’ll Do Conduct in-depth client assessments, exploring history, goals, and swing mechanics Develop customized development programs rooted in UGP’s coaching philosophy Lead 1-on-1 coaching sessions that are purposeful, technical, and inspiring Collaborate with Fitness and Recovery teams to support holistic client progress Deliver five-star customer service by anticipating and exceeding client expectations Give high-quality tours and confidently convert leads into committed clients Complete administrative tasks including session notes, client communication, and schedule management Maintain a professional, polished appearance that reflects the UGP brand Report to the Head Coach weekly with performance metrics and client progress Schedule 8-hour shifts Day and evening availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off & parental leave Paid training & professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Employee discounts on apparel, clubs, services, and more #J-18808-Ljbffr Loyola Marymount University
