We're seeking an experienced Distribution Designer to support substation, transmission, and power delivery projects using advanced 3D modeling and digital delivery tools. What You'll Do: Develop detailed 3D models, drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation. Support substation, transmission, and distribution design projects. Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary teams through BIM and 3D model reviews. Maintain project models, annotations, and digital deliverables. Utilize AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other BIM tools to produce high-quality designs. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of CAD, drafting, or utility design experience. Experience with power delivery, transmission, distribution, or substation projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation. Strong understanding of BIM, 3D modeling, and design coordination. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
