What We're Looking For:

• Valid Pennsylvania licensure as a COTA
• Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Previous experience working with students, ideally in schools or special education
• Willingness to serve schools in Carbon and/or Lehigh County
• Commitment to a school-based schedule, up to 35 hours per week, for the duration of the academic year
• Strong comfort level collaborating with students who have varying abilities and needs
• Ability to attend an in-person interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services as directed in school settings, supporting students' academic and developmental goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to design and implement relevant interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Adapt quickly to school placements and student rosters as determined by the unit’s needs
• Maintain compliance with all school and state regulations for occupational therapy practice
