Agent Product Manager - Conduit

Key Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for AI agents that automate and enhance hospitality guest interactions. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate market insights into clear, actionable specifications. Conduct user research and gather feedback from hotel operators and guests to validate concepts and iterate quickly. Prioritize features and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high‑impact releases. Analyze performance metrics and usage data to measure success, identify improvement areas, and drive data‑informed decisions. Requirements 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, SaaS, or hospitality technology. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and how they can be applied to real‑world user problems. Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment and ship products from concept to launch. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translating technical details into business value.
