Software Quality Engineering Manager

Responsibilities lead, coach, and manage a team of Software Quality Engineers own hiring, performance development, and career progression align Software Quality Engineering (SQE) priorities with program needs define and implement SQE processes, checklists, and metrics provide approval and oversight of technical approaches coordinate supplier SQE activities identify and drive continuous process improvements maintain productive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and program managers Requirements at least one year of experience in a leadership role Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent 5+ years of experience supporting software development programs hands-on experience with software verification, reviews, or testing 3+ year of experience leading technical teams proven ability working with program leadership to prioritize and resolve technical quality issues this position may require up to 20% travel Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Engineering Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Technology Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Bachelor of Science in Data Science Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Bachelor of Science in Physics Bachelor of Science in Chemistry #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
