Job Details:

Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Surgical Services

Location: Charleston, SC

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1285.32 - 1349.59

Schedule: 06:30 - 19:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks.

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: NBSTSA (MUSC does NOT accept NCCT), BLS, radiation badge must be provided by agency, 2 years experience highly preferred, trauma level 1, open to first-timers, familiarity with neuro, ENT, and robotics cases, must meet all RTO restrictions at time of submission, guaranteed hours with the facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks, accommodating block schedule upon manager approval.

Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical technologist support in a Level I Trauma Center operating room setting.
• Assist with a variety of cases including neuro, ENT, orthopedic, trauma, transplant, and robotic procedures.
• Handle scrub and circulate duties as trained.
• Maintain compliance with certifications and safety requirements.
• Support the surgical team during high-volume surgeries in a busy academic trauma environment.
