Sr Project Manager

Schedule: Onsite at 1515 Broadway, Monday through Friday Length : 9 month contract (potential extension or conversion based on business needs Approximately 5 to 10 hours/week overtime Approximately 20% domestic travel Overview Our client is seeking a highly organized Sr. Project Manager to support the Global Operations Center of Excellence Data & Analytics organization. This is a hands-on delivery role responsible for keeping a fast-moving portfolio of initiatives organized, prioritized, visible, and on track. This is not a strategy consulting or ERP implementation role. The technical teams own the execution. You own the planning, coordination, reporting, accountability, and operational delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. Responsibilities Job Description Manage a centralized intake process for all Data & Analytics initiatives Maintain one master portfolio in Asana with project ownership, scope, priorities, milestones, and due dates Lead weekly intake and prioritization sessions Own the integrated project plan across multiple workstreams Track dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and decision logs Drive project execution by removing blockers before they impact delivery Hold project owners accountable for commitments and timelines Deliver weekly executive status reports using clear RAG reporting Maintain an accurate portfolio dashboard for executive leadership Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Finance, Procurement, Technology, Enterprise Solutions, and business stakeholders Translate technical work into concise business updates for leadership Qualifications 5+ years of program management, project management, PMO , or Chief of Staff experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives Strong experience with Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project also considered Demonstrated expertise with RAID logs, RAG reporting, governance, and executive reporting Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience using Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Comfortable supporting Data & Analytics organizations and technical teams Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail Executive-level communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-changing environments Media and entertainment experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Cypress HCM
